Funny! I think my rainbow bright halloween costume had similar leggings :)
I have pairs of baby legs for Joey and Jonathan and I would definately say they are not tights. My boys like wearing them, plus they make diaper changes so easy!
Leg warmers are soo not leggings - totally different - and adorable!!
Kerith had some of these and Iloved them!! They are definitely not tights :)
